[AusNOG] Packet loss on USA Transit

Pacnet have acknowledged that there is a transit problem and are
*investigating* - we are experiencing the same issues.

Where do you think the loss is happening? Are you using MTR or ping etc,
because traceroute doesn't mean much re loss.
