[AusNOG] Exetel route change on PIPE BNE IX

If anyone in the Exetel NOC is listening, can you please shoot me an off-list email?

Specifically regarding PIPE BNE Peering.

I've been debugging an issue for several hours  between ourselves and Exetel across BNE-PIPE-IX and have noticed that you appear to no longer be preferencing traffic out through the IX, and it's quite uncharacteristic of your recent IX Graphs.

At 4pm I was 2ms away from you, and my client in PIPE DC3, at 4:30pm I am now 20 - 30ms away from you as your traffic is going to Sydney PIPE IX instead of Brisbane when coming towards me, but traffic from me to you is still being accepted across BNE PIPE IX.

If you could touch base with me off list that would be sensational.
