[AusNOG] AAPT outages at roughy 7pm

Yep got that one at 2:08 - 2:17 but only on the NWB product this time. 
Perhaps it was a planed outage that we have missed we get a lot of these 
and because they are an attached pdf they are a little hard to manage.
