I can live with that

All telstra, optus & transit providers who dont peer locally will get a
heading reading " We have detected you are using a internet provide who
does not have connect to the state peering network your web experience may
be slower. We recommend using one of the following carriers who connect
directly to these peering networks which in turn will make your internet
experience faster and reduce the cost of internet in Australia"
