[AusNOG] Whois.apnic.net broken

	Talking about broken whois servers, whois.crsnic.net's PMTUD
	is broken over IPv6 so if you are behind a tunnel which has
	a smaller MTU, like I am, it just stops and never recovers.
	Verisign has been informed.  Looking at the packet trace
	you see the initial response, a gap, and then then the next
	packet which finishes the message.  The lost packet is never
	re-transmitted successfully.
