[AusNOG] Soul / TPG - anyone on the list having issues contacting them?

Hi list,

 

It appears TPG suffered a network outage affecting their office and also
affecting our Adelaide service.

This would explain why I was unable to reach them.

Hi list,

 

We have a few Soul / TPG services and have noticed one of them - a service
in Adelaide - has gone offline.

Trying to contact any of their phone numbers reports a number busy.

Does anyone from the list have any information on this?
