Wikipedia is like Google.. it is a "fair guess"  with huge " use at your
own risk" warnings, it's like how often when you google for something,
only to find the right answer a few pages in after reading 30 or 40
rants about SFA, or too many "know it all - no nothings" having a
personal opinion.  Controlling access to it is a very sane things to do.
