Bit of a token effort on Facebook's part unfortunately. If you block
outbound IPv4 tcp port 80 (with ICMP port unreachable), it's
useless.

The only thing I've seen missing from google with IPv4 TCP port 80
blocked is adverts on youtube.  Here's a pretty amazing video to watch
over IPv6 in high def -
