What better way to stop the country's broadband rollout than to put a govt funded network on the horizon, and do everything as inefficiently as possible...

They need to make ministerial positions have some merit, and have person's with experience in the sector take them. Not just make up titles and make people responsible for that which they have no idea?

Conroy should be the minister of spams and portals.

Communications Minister Stephen Conroy's department spends $268,000 on lawyers to fight FOI requests

(apologies for URL wrap)

I wonder if part of that $37 billion includes the cost for lawyers to do their work?
