[AusNOG] Massive GlobalSwitch outage?

Pacnet confirms they were also affected on level 2 on one feed. A this stage
they don't anticipate Global Switch providing them with a report anytime
this week (next week more likely)........

Our services on Level 2 (North MMR end) were not affected, so likely on a
different feed.

Pacnet services are back up too so it would seem they were also affected,
about to speak to Lloyd @ NOC.

Our interconnect that was down came back up at 11:08. This isn't anything to
do with Pacnet though, but suggests that the power issue might be resolved.
