[AusNOG] optus/telstra 3g frequencies & HWIC

Hi Tony,

I'd be interested to hear about this too as I've been doing some work in the
last few weeks with the 881G with Telstra and it's been pretty good.  It
would be good to know for sure which HWIC to use.  That said, I can't
imagine myself ever deciding to use Optus for 3G connectivity anywhere I was
serious enough to put anything that had a HWIC in.
