[AusNOG] Google Maps KML Flood Layer for 1974 (from Bevan)

You can load up the file directly in google maps by just pasting the url
into the maps search bar.

Here's a link which should already have it loaded: http://goo.gl/maps/JKBq

Skeeve, do you have any problems with any of us linking this externally to
AusNOG at the moment?
