[AusNOG] nextgen and flooding

There is equipment failure on the link about half way between SYD<>BNE.

We have several SDH links offline so either their muxes have lost power
or it's a cut. Really hoping it's not a cut. 

 

We have some links from Brisbane going to Coffs / Port that are ok so I
don't think the whole span is out.
