[AusNOG] Message Labs spam filter?

Hi,

I have a customer whose mail to one of their larger clients is being blocked by Message Labs spam filter (now part of Symantec Cloud), but the relay is not on a black list (114.141.97.100).

Does anyone have a contact at Message Labs to assist with resolving the issue?
