Hey Folks,

Anyone happen to have the direct contact of someone in the  Bigpond mail abuse team? We have a mail server (101.0.64.103) currently blocked by extmail.bigpond.com. Bigpond Support have not been helpful and require that a customer of theirs contact them about the issue. PM me if you can help.
