Ahoy there ye salty seadogs,

Tickets are selling faster than a French man 'o' war can turn about - but it not be too late t sign up for a life at sea.

Rum, brine and wenches, or lonely park benches?

What say ye?

Capt'n Eric....

Avast Ausnogers,

Those of you on the list who know me might be aware that I am one of the organisers of the Australian chapter of International Talk Like a Pirate Day.

Again this year we are organising a Pirates and Wenches tall ship adventure on Saturday the 17th of September with All profits raised going to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation www.jdrf.com.au<http://www.jdrf.com.au>
The Sailing will be followed by the usual shenanigans throughout the rocks. Details and snaps of us causing a public nuisance in years past are at rrr.yaaarrr.com<http://rrr.yaaarrr.com>.

Given the proximity of this event to Ausnog, I have kindly been given permission to give it a shout out on the list in the hope that some of you may still be in Sydney over that weekend, and up for some nautical nonsense.

You are all welcome to join the cruise, or the 'tavern trail' or both (The former is suitable for kids and parrots, but the language during the latter may be salty)

Fair winds..

PS (yes I know that ITLAP day is on the 19th)
PPS (yes I know that Facebook has a pirate language setting)
