Yeah, "sh ip bgp regexp 7474" or other peers of 2764 shows similar results.
 So mel-bgp1.connect.com.au still has the same table.  I wonder if that's
the same piece of hardware mel-bgp1 was in the late 90s? :-)

At a guess:
1. UDP is filtered to the router and they're having the LG type traceroute
on the router.
2. The LG does traceroute itself from the webserver, and that's been
disabled for some other reason.
