[AusNOG] DSLAM Dropout issues

Hi Stavros,

I have seen problems with the netcomm modems where they send llc and vc-mux
packets in the startup negioation phase which can confuse the dslam and
cause issues with no ppp, and to make things worse its completly random...

to solve this

from the modem

telnet 192.168.1.1
