[AusNOG] Malcolm Turnbull to Comms role

Funny you should say that because from what I've learnt if a politician
knows all about one subject they tend to make the politicians role about
something completely different. Idea is that a politician who is a network
engineer would be too biased to properly fulfill the role of a
communications minister..
