[AusNOG] RC Filter

I think the Labor party still needs to vote internally as whether to 
proceed or not. Sen. Kate Lundy hinted in media this would be within the 
next two weeks. Perhaps the party will kill it before it's even 
introduced. I don't think that will happen though.
