[AusNOG] DC Flooded in Melbourne?

There appears to be a power outage at Datacom 190 City Road. I've been
told this is because of water in the DC.

The break caused many peers to become disconnected from one of the two
route reflectors. That issue has since been fixed and most are now back
up.
