Hi Folks,

Wondering if anyone might happen to be able to give me a contact at Messagelabs who can sort out a delivery issue on their end? We have *one* client domain for whom *some* of their servers are ignoring the DNS, and trying to send to a specific IP on our network (totally unrelated to the domain in question, but it is within our IP space.. - found that by accident when I set the machine on that IP up as a mailserver, and started seeing lots of bounces for this client's domain..).. This has been going on for close to two years now, but emails to postmaster at messagelabs, or filling in their contact form never result in a reply.. - and explaining the issue to the Messagelabs customers who can't email our client, and giving them all the info they need to hand to ML, usually just results in a reply from ML saying 'no, it is an issue at the other end, their mailserver is refusing the connection'..

This same domain receives ~2k emails/day from ML servers, so it's only a small number of their actual servers (last time I enabled a mailserver on the IP they're trying, I saw maybe 5 source IP's), but no amount of shouting by their clients (and while some are just small councils etc, one is bendigo bank?!) seems to get anything done.. meanwhile more and more people seem to be moving to ML, and we're now seeing 2-3 NEW senders each week who can't send emails to this domain..

Starting to seriously drive me nuts, so thought I'd ask on here if anyone had a contact at ML who might be able to help :)

Regards,

Damien
