not quite 30Mbps. :)

sure in the larger room setups its 3 screens of best quality 1080p its (3 x 4Mbps video) + 48KHz wide-band spacial audio (64Kbps per microphone) + an auxiliary video/audio stream for collaboration, net ~16Mbps peak.  single screen 1/3rd of that and with lower quality codecs used (3Mbps video for 1080p) or lower resoltion (720p 2.2Mbps-1Mbps).

reality is that if a NBN is targeted at 'home' use then its not likely (today) that you'll have 3 x 65" LCD screens lined up in a row so actual upstream bandwidth requirements are 1/3rd of that.
no argument that more return bandwidth is a desirable thing as for something 'futureproof' there are clearly already people who could use >8Mbps today.
