I agree, although I don't see the harm in having the occasional 
off-topic discussions here, if it's such a big problem then we might as 
well move things elsewhere.
It's hardly a large volume of emails to sort through currently thou, in 
comparison have a look at the nanog mailing list.

Bruce:
Given (based on archives) this is your 4th on list post in the last 4 
years why does it even bother you?
You're complaining about lack of constructive contribution yet haven't 
provided any notable 'signal' (professional or opinion) yourself.
