[AusNOG] Conroy announcement on filtering

"Family friendly" ISPs and CPE that support parental controls have been
around for years. It might take some initiative to actually source something
like that if you wanted it but won't somebody PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN
\o/

Just another case of lazy parents not wanting to look after their kids and
overzealous religious groups trying to force their standards on everyone
else.
