As I can't see these networks, I assume as a result, from international 
locations, is this a case of interfering with global networks?  Surely 
that falls within the scope of afp fairly promptly doesn't it?  Wouldn't 
it warrant a fairly immediate call just from the local police to as for 
some explanation?
