You're confusing bandwidth with quota.

No, there's only one meaningful answer:  "How much are you paying for?"

The NBN can't and won't change that.

Regardless of any discontinuities the NBN introduces into the consumer
broadband BANDWIDTH discussion, quotas will continue to grow on an
evolutionary basis, not a revolutionary one.
