BigPond doesn't buy its services from Telstra Wholesale.

The "wholesale" in "Telstra Wholesale" is a cynical labelling exercise.
Perhaps they should be called "Telstra's crazy discount warehouse" --
Same company, selling the same stuff, just at a different price point.
