[AusNOG] bonding many ADSL2 connections

I've done 4x DSL (and GRE tunnels) on a 2800, and even uglier, 5x DSL 
with a mix of 827/837/877 and GRE tunnels.

YMMV with various IOS's.

Another benefit is that you "bond" the downstream as well as the 
upstream with tunnels.
