[AusNOG] exetel sydney down

[Kevin Collins]

To answer some questions I am a Network Engineer and was only advising
people in the Sydney area that there is a outage and if anyone had a
similar problem this morning.

That is also my understanding of the charter, however did the OP tell us
if he was a user or Network engineer (or similar)?
