[AusNOG] Server/Rack Relocation in Sydney

Hi Skeeve,

I would advise against using COPE. We used them to move some sensitive gear
in WA and even with express promises that anti-static material would be used
and items packaged carefully (including a whole rack), it was not done to
our satisfaction. YMMV though.
