[AusNOG] International traffic issues yesterday

Roddy,

SMW3 didn't get cut  (we have capacity on it to Singapore - no  
Earthquake reported by our colo in SIN).  Our onward capacity to Hong  
Kong through that area of the world wasn't affected by anything.

REACH have their cable systems but I'm hoping that Reach to the USA  
from Sydney isn't tied to something near Singapore.
