I'm no expert in international crime fighting but I'd recon if it's
related to a complaint from Australia it's the quickest international
law enforcement ever. I can't read most of the warrant, for a policeman
whoever wrote it has the handwriting of a doctor.

Wired.com seem to recon Germany passed a child porn blacklist law on
Wednesday so you'd have to figure that's related. They took his laptop
but he was not arrested.

They were linking to child ponography. That is probably their
justification.
