[AusNOG] Bigpond contact?

Talk to trend micro, I'm sure they are causing the issue. We had the  
same issue with our range when apnic first allocated it to us. We've  
had it for around a year, still having dramas every so often. Good  
luck with dealing with the american companies, they're the worst :) No  
response, just after three or four weeks it starts working again.
