There's a pretty good bar on the corner of King St & Flinders St. Great
food.

How much confidence does anyone have that the upgrades next weekend will
be completed without further outages? Especially given previous
commitments made by Primus management that temporary measures have been
in place since May to provide enough generator capacity for the whole
facility.

I'd suggest booking some tables at a nearby pub so that, if it
does, everyone can at least be merry.

The Important Question will be "Is this going to happen
again next weekend" when the power in primus upgraded at last ?

They had scheduled (major) power work today (and
tomorrow).

				Nope,

Still nothing more than an SMS
notification and a "leave your number

I'll call you back" if you ring the NOC.

Pretty poor, ~2.5 hrs and counting, this
joint has worse uptime than

			my

house... hard to believe we pay for
this.

				Hi all,

Primus Melbourne has lost power again,
since about 3:55pm. Our racks

iiNet and a bunch of others seem

to be down as well. The PIPE Melbourne
IX looking glass does not

a pretty picture (all but about 5 peers
are down).

Anyone managed to get through to the NOC
and get any useful info? I
just spoke to the datacenter manager who
said HE was having trouble
				getting through to them.

More awesomeness from the most useless
pack of... oh nevermind...
