[AusNOG] Telstra routing issues

We often see these issues, in particular from Telstra BB to Telstra BB.
All you can do is log a call - 1800 066 594.
It's depressing, but the only way.
We currently have a customer who has been off the air in Melbourne for 28 hours @ 10am Sat... On an SLA business grade service.
Customer is losing money and the Telstra tech is not responding.
