[AusNOG] IP KVM

I've used the Avocent SwitchView IP 1020.  I selected it because it has
a full java based viewer that /does not/ require Internet Explorer to
function.  So far it has worked fairly well for me.  I believe the cost
is around $900.  You'll also need an actual 8-port KVM since this just
emulates just one PS/2 keyboard mouse and DSUB monitor.
