Hi,

Firstly, thanks to everyone who has sent proxy forms or voted for me  
on-line.  Your support is much appreciated.

As the date for registration of proxies is rapidly approaching I  
thought I'd just drop you all another note.  If you want to vote via  
proxy I need to submit your signed proxy forms to APNIC before  
Wednesday.  For those who wish to vote via proxy can you please  
return the attached form to me by COB tomorrow (Tuesday) either via  
email or fax to 07 3319 6058.

As I mentioned in the initial email, you'll need to specify the  
number of votes you are casting.  That number is governed by your  
membership size.  The list of members (and their corresponding  
membership size) is available at
