[AusNOG] Swiftel BGP contact

I can see (for example) /29s being advertised out (and making it to our
routers) on at least two PIPE exchanges (only checked ADL and SYD) and WAIX.
(The /29s on WAIX seem to come from AS2764 ...)

It seems that many still distribute an IGP into BGP for external
advertisement and don't do any kind of cleaning - but hardly surprising
considering most IP networks in Oz don't summarise beyond /24s.
